On June 2, 2023, our team was awarded by the Dnipro DSA for providing help to the military and civilians. We are grateful for the recognition and, above all, for the support we receive from the local authorities.
The thanks of the mayor of Kyiv and the head of the Dnipro DSA were presented to the members of the NGO "Initiative E+" team by the deputy head of the Dnipro regional state administration, Olena Shevchenko.
"It's good that thousands of beautiful and hard-working people live and work in our country, who in various spheres of their activity, each on their own front - medical, transport, social, do everything possible to not only strengthen our rear, but also support our defenders - Armed Forces of Ukraine. May we together defeat the enemy and return peace and joy to Ukraine," she remarked during the ceremony.
Valentyna Varava, Iryna Savchenko, Olena Knyazeva, Hanna Pavlenko, Marina Krasota, Anton Sholomytskyi, Maksym Gurbych and Gennady Dovgoruk were awarded "for significant personal contribution to strengthening the state's defense capability, active charitable and humanitarian activities, and the development of the volunteer movement."
We have been fighting on the "humanitarian front" since 2014 and will do everything in our power as long as it takes. We don't do it for awards, but, of course, it's nice to be noticed and helped. State support is always important. Together we will win!
