"Initiative E+" became the record holder among Ukrainian public organizations in terms of the number of vehicles transferred to the Armed Forces for the period from February 24, 2022. In April 2024, this number exceeded 500 cars (and more). And since then it has grown even more and continues to climb up!
Since its inception on Independence Square, "Initiative E+" has been working towards one main goal: saving lives. And cars and other vehicles for the Armed Forces and tasks on the front lines are primarily intended for this. They carry the wounded from the battlefield and perform other functions on which the lives of many people depend.
We began to find, purchase and deliver to Ukraine from Europe cars for the Armed Forces back in 2014, but we especially strengthened this direction after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of russia on our land. And since February 24, 2022, with the help of our foreign partners, more than 500 vehicles, including not only cars, have been handed over to the military.
This list included, for example, quad bikes. And large passenger buses, which we turn into mobile hospitals.
Only one of our partners - the Danish volunteer organization Biler til Ukraine - supplied us with more than 220 cars: SUVs, pickups, etc. during this period. Plus 75 (!) buses!
The Karavanen till Ukraine initiative from Finland has already handed over several dozen cars, each time filled with many useful things: medical equipment, charging stations and other necessary things.
We also received vehicles from our partners from Switzerland, the Czech Republic and other countries.
It is worth noting the contribution of hundreds of Ukrainians who help us in this difficult task by making donations for the repair of cars for the Armed Forces. Almost all vehicles that we transfer are not new. Also, they often need some modifications before we can hand them over to the military - because these cars have to serve as reliably as possible. Because at the front, human lives literally depend on it. Therefore, every contribution to these repairs is important.
We do not stop at the record achievement and go further. From February 24, 2022, we, on average, hand over 2 vehicles to the Armed Forces every 3 days. But we are happy to receive reports and thanks later for the fact that these cars save lives.
Do you want to join? Ask us how: with donations, as a car racing driver or in some other way.
Together we will win!
